Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Casserole - gluten free

8 oz. pasta, gluten free, cooked according to directions
16 oz lean ground beef
1 c onion, diced
1 c light sour cream
1 c pizza sauce
1 c low fat cottage cheese
8 oz colby cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Pizza Casserole - gluten free

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Place cooked pasta into 9" x 13" baking dish

  3. Brown ground beef in saute pan

  4. Layer beef over noodles

  5. Add remaining ingredients in layers - do not mix together

  6. Bake for 50 minutes or until casserole is golden and bubbly
