25 g Bread, Reduced-calorie, Wheat
45 g Ricotta
8 g Oat Bran
8 g Wheat Bran, Crude
120 g Tomato
30 g Arugula
15 g Garlic
2 g Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Pizza AB

Put the slice of bread in a plate. Over the bread add half tomato in slices with some salt. Over the tomato put: the oat bran, the wheat bran, the other half tomato with salt, the ricotta, the arugula, the garlic in small peeces, and finally the olive oil. Get the plate in Microwave fou 15 minutes.
