Whole wheat pizza dough with veggies and smoked mozzarella

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza 11/21/10

5 ounces white whole wheat flour
5 oz whole wheat flour
7 ounces warm water
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon kosher salt
6 ounces mozzarella, smoked
2 oz parmesan cheese
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 orange bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 yellow onion
3 cloves garlic
2 cups spinach

Recipe Directions for Pizza 11/21/10

  1. Dough ("pizza dough revisited").

  2. Saute veggies in olive oil, spread on pizza dough, slice mozzarella and parmesan on top. Bake for 10 minutes in 450 degree F oven.
