1/2 cup slices Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 serving Flax Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Flour Pita Bread
0.25 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
0.25 serving Colorful Mix of European Lettuces 5 Lettuce Mix
0.25 serving Premium Chunk In Water No Salt Added 98% Fat Free Chicken Breast
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Pita Sandwich

  1. Cook veggies until tender

  2. Cook chicken to absorb veggie flavor (canned chicken is already cooked so no need to worry about how done it is)
