1 whole wheat pita
1/4 cup pasta sauce, mushroom and olives
1 mushroom
1/2 zucchini
1 green onions
1/4 cup sliced olives
1/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese

  1. Stack it all up: sauce, cheese, then toppings, then a light sprinkling of cheese on the very top.

  2. Bake at 425 for 12 minutes or so until sauce is bubbly & cheese starts to turn golden.
