Recipe Ingredients for Pita Pizza

50 g pita bread, multigrain
2 tbs tomato sauce
1 tbs salsa
2 tbs onions, chopped
1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
24 g mushrooms, sliced
4 tbs Mozzarella Cheese, part skim
55 g turkey sausage
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Recipe Directions for Pita Pizza

  1. Spread tomato sauce on the pita bread.

  2. Load up with ingredients and sprinkle shredded Kraft part skim mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.

  3. Heat in oven/toaster over for 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
