Pita pizza with white sauce and artichoke hearts and feta cheese! Yum!

Recipe Ingredients for Pita Pizza with Hearts and Feta

1 Pita
1 tbsp. alfredo sauce
1 artichoke heart
1 tbsp feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Pita Pizza with Hearts and Feta

  1. Put about two and a half spoonfuls of alfredo sauce on top of your whole, wheat pita. Spread it around.

  2. Take 1 artichoke heart and squeeze it gently to get the stem off and some of the juices out. Pull of leaves and place them around the pita.

  3. Spread the feta cheese around on top of everything!

  4. Place in toaster oven for about 7-10 minutes, or until done and pita edges are crispy and hard like a pizza crust!
