1 pita Pita - Whole Wheat
60 grams Pizza Sauce Traditional
90 grams Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
20 grams Blue Menu Light Triple Cheddar Shredded Cheese
43 grams Blue Menu Soft Goat Milk Cheese
6 grams Sun-dried Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Pita Pizza with Grilled Chicken, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Goat Cheese

Preheat oven to 375F. Place the small whole wheat pita bread on a cookie sheet. Top with tomato sauce and spread evenly. Chop the chicken breast into cubes and thinly slice the sundried tomatoes. Plae both ingredients on the pizza. Top with the crumbled goat cheese and grated cheese. Bake in the oven until cheese is melted and the crust is warm. About 7 minutes. Enjoy with a side salad.
