13 1/2 ounces all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
12 ounces water

Recipe Directions for Pita Dough

  1. add all ingredients together

  2. mix

  3. let rise

  4. divide into 12 equal parts

  5. roll into 9 inch discs

  6. bake on 500 preheated stone on both sides until it pillows
