Recipe Ingredients for Pita Chips

1 serving Joseph's Flax Oat Bran Whole Wheat Pita Bread
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 serving Cooking Spray Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Pita Chips

Cut up the pita loaf into 12 wedges. Then peel the layers apart in each wedge to create two thin triangles. Lay the wedges rough side up on a cookie sheet. Lightly spritz with cooking spray and sprinkle with a little salt. Bake at 350 until they start to brown. Allow to cool slightly and you have very crispy, delicious pita chips.
