Recipe Ingredients for Pita Chips

10 pita breads
1/8 c. olive oil, extra virgin

Recipe Directions for Pita Chips

  1. Prepare medium fire on grill or heat grill pan until hot.

  2. Lighly brush each pita on one side with oil. Grill oiled side down first, until grill marks appear underneath, about 1 min.

  3. Turn bread over and continue grilling for another minute more. Transfer to cutting board & cut into wedges, 12 wedges each pita.

  4. Serve.

  5. Store in airtight container.
