Recipe Ingredients for Pita Bread Salad

4 pitas
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tbs lemon juice
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 English cucumbers, peeled and chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped2 scallions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped parsley
5 cups lettuce
5 oz chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Pita Bread Salad

  1. toast pita bread in bite size pieces at 350 degress for about 8 mimutes (until crisp)

  2. whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic

  3. Add all other ingredients and mix/stir
