yeast mixer:1t sugar,1packet of yeast,1/2cup warm water,let yeast mix sit 10 mins

3 cups wholewheat flour

Recipe Directions for Pita Bread homemade

3 cups of wholewheat flour in a bowl ,make a well in center on flour and pour yeast mix into well and slowly mix together 1cup of water slowly#2 .in second bowl put a little olive oil in bottom of bowl and being to coate the dough with the oil.#3.On to floured board when dough is done kneading(when dough is not sticky)make into small balls 15 balls equal 81cals. cover balls let rise 10 mins,bake oven 500f rack should be on top oven ,bake 4to5mins then turn over and cook 2 min done :)
