Makes 8 servings



Fat free tomato based vegtable ragu type dish. Great on it's own or served with cous-cous. Also makes an excellent base for pasta sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Pisto

8 Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 serving Aubergine
3 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 pack Broccoli
1 cup, diced Celery
4 serving Bouillon

Recipe Directions for Pisto

Put all ingridients into a large saucepan. Cover and gently cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste.
