1/2 cup dry mix Sugar Free Instant Pistachio
250 grams Light Ricotta Cheese
4 serving qfc cottage cheese 1%
1 serving vitamin shoppe whey protein powder
9 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Pistachio low-carb Protein Cheesecake

  1. Preheat Oven to 400, line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. Beat together cheeses and flavorings. Then whip egg whites, then fold into mix. Pour into pan.

  3. Put in oven for 30 minutes at 400F, then reduce to 320 for another 30 minutes. Turn off oven and let sit in oven for 30 minutes. Then take out and put in freezer.
