Pistachio crusted halibut with spicy yogurt

Recipe Ingredients for Pistachio crusted Halibut

4 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
1/3 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
3 tablespoons cornmeal
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 cup reduced fat milk
1 cup greek yogurt

Recipe Directions for Pistachio crusted Halibut

Mix yogurt, cucumber, 1/2 teaspoon salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper together and set aside. Prepare pan with olive oil and place on heat. Dip fillets in milk and pistachios mixture and place in pan. Saute for approximately 6 - 8 minutes (until just cooked through).
