2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp finely chopped pistachios
2 tbsp oat flour
2 tablespoons green onions,finely chipped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 salmon fillets

Recipe Directions for Pistachio Crusted Broiled Salmon

  1. Combine all ingredients except salmon until well mixed and spread generously over salmon fillets.

  2. Broil for 5 minutes close to heat.
