Delicious, extremely moist and almost tastes like coffee cake

Recipe Ingredients for Pistachio Cake

1 package yellow cake mix, dry
1 package Pistachio instant pudding, dry
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Pistachio Cake

  1. Mix with hand beater; cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, water, oil and eggs.

  2. Spread into well-greased 13 x 9 pan

  3. Mix together sugar, walnuts and cinnamon (I use a mini food processor to chop the nuts and mix ingredients together)

  4. Spread topping over the cake and use knife to swirl topping into the mix

  5. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
