Recipe Ingredients for Pistachio-Basil Pesto

2 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Pistachios, shelled
2 cups Basil, loosely packed
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Parmigiano, grated

Recipe Directions for Pistachio-Basil Pesto

Pulse garlic in processor until chopped. Add nuts, basil lemon juice, salt; pulse until smooth. Slowly add oil until well combined. Add cheese and pulse 2 or 3 times.
