Recipe Ingredients for Pioneer Pancakes

4 serving Buttermilk Biscuit Baking Mix
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Pioneer Pancakes

  1. Empty packet of Pioneer Buttermilk Biscuit mix into a bowl. Add sweetener if preferred. Add milk, vanilla, and egg. Mix until smooth.

  2. Cook them in a skillet or griddle. In order to get eight, I used 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.

  3. To make perfect, evenly cooked pancakes, spray the pan with oil, then wipe away the excess before putting in the batter.
