Recipe Ingredients for Pinto Beans, tomatoes, onions, pepper

3 cups Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds, Canned
15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 large onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Recipe Directions for Pinto Beans, tomatoes, onions, pepper

  1. Cook chopped onion, garlic, bell pepper and tomatoes in saucepan.

  2. Add salt and pepper. Add pinto beans. Stir. Remove from heat. I use this to stuff pita bread.
