Recipe Ingredients for Pinto Beans

2 cups dried pinto beans
5 3/5 g 1.5 teaspoons Lite Mixture Salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for Pinto Beans

  1. Soak beans overnight.

  2. cook in slow cooker 3 hours,

  3. Whirl in VitaMix when done.

  4. Store in containers and refrigerate.

  5. Warm in microwave as needed.
