2 mushrooms
3/4 red onion
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp garlic
1 pepper jalapeno
2 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp cumin
7 shrimp

  1. cook beans and rice separate.

  2. stir fry veggies and shrimp

  3. Add beans and rice.
