3/4 cup pinto beans, dried
1/4 cup black beans, dried
1/4 cup white beans, dried
16 oz tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Pinto beans with black beans, vegetarian

  1. Place all ingredients into a pressure cooker, with 8 cups of water.

  2. Cook under high pressure about 45 minutes (counting the pressure time only).
