Recipe Ingredients for Pinto Bean & Sweet Corn Chili

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Cumin Seed
15 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
15 oz Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 1/2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow

Recipe Directions for Pinto Bean & Sweet Corn Chili

  1. Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Sauté onion, green pepper and chile pepper over a medium heat, until onions have softened.

  3. Add chili powder, cumin and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Empty can of tomatoes, pinto beans and sweet corn into meat mixture and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
