Recipe Ingredients for Pinto Bean Skillet Chili

1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 c pinto beans , drained
2 c mexican-style stewed tomatoes , undrained
1/2 c vegetable broth
4 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Pinto Bean Skillet Chili

Heat oil in nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add pepper and onion, cook until tender. Add chili powder, cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and simmer approximately 10 minutes or until liquid thickens. Serve over rice.
