1 lb. pinto beans, 1 pkg. tofu crumbles,1 lg. can crushes tomatos, 1cup mushrooms, 1 lb ziti pasta, and 16 oz mozzerella cheese,1 Tbl.

Recipe Directions for pinto bean casserole

saute mushrooms in olive oil and layer all ingredients in a casserole dish , top with cheese and cook at 350 oven for aprox. 40 min. or until hot and bubbly
