This is a thin spaghetti sauce that's full of vegetables. Serve over pasta. 1 serving = 2-1/2 c and 6 WW pts

Recipe Ingredients for Pinoc's Chunky Spaghetti

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
4 large onions
12 oz. tomato paste
87 oz. stewed tomatoes
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
5 cups celery, chopped
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. water

Recipe Directions for Pinoc's Chunky Spaghetti

Brown hamburger and onion in a large pot. Add tomato paste and stewed tomatoes. Add bell pepper, garlic, celery and all of the spices. Add 8 to 12 onces of water, depending on how thick you like your sauce. Bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 1-1/2 hours.
