Recipe Ingredients for Pinke's Oaties, half batch

3/4 c Butter
3/4 c Ground Flaxseed
1 c Brown sugar
2 egg whites
2 tbsp lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c Oats
1 1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 c Wheat Bran
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Pinke's Oaties, half batch

  1. Blend butter, flax, sugar, eggs, lemon zest & vanilla.

  2. Combine dry ingredients then add to wet and press 2 Tbsp into ea. muffin cup.

  3. Bake 10 - 11 minutes @ 375'
