Recipe Ingredients for Pink Salmon patties

12 oz Salmon, Pink canned
20 g onion
20 g green pepper
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup corn meal
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Pink Salmon patties

  1. finely dice onion and green pepper

  2. open salmon and drain liquid and set it aside

  3. mix salmon, onions and green peppers well, add flour and mix well,

  4. add corn meal and mix well,

  5. add egg and fish liquid and mix well

  6. form patties and fry on medium heat.
