Recipe Ingredients for Pink Salmon and Pasta

4/5 cup Pasta Twists
1 cup, cubes Eggplant
1 Medium Tomatoes
0.34 cup Beans, Snap, Green
4 tbsp chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
7 oz Pink Salmon
1 serving Pure Vegetable Oil

Recipe Directions for Pink Salmon and Pasta

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan and add onion and galic and allow to sewat on a low heat.

  2. 2. Add beans and egg plant and allow to cook for a further 3 - 4 minutes.

  3. 3. Add tomatoes and then salmon and encorporate all ingredients in the pan on a medium heat.

  4. 4 A touch of dry basil may be added if so desired.

  5. 5. Serve on top Boiled pasta of your choice.
