Recipe Ingredients for Pink Salad

16 ounces fat-free cottage cheese
8 ounces fat-free whipped topping
10 ounces crushed pineapple
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 ounces dry gelatin dessert mix

Recipe Directions for Pink Salad

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Note: the recipe originally called for raspberry gelatin, but use your favorite flavor.
