3 cups Spring Mix
0.5 pomegranate (3-3/8" dia) Pomegranates
8 small Radishes

Recipe Directions for Pink salad with Feta & balsamic

  1. Really simply assembly

  2. Poor baby leaves into a bowl - Slice pomegranate in 2 and tap through figures to release seeds onto leaves. Finely slice radishes & Crumble on feta. Toss on rasberries.

  3. Lightly reduce balsamic in a warm pan and pour over.
