This is definitely my favourite breakfast. Quick, easy, and healthy. You can always skip the stevia and have it plain, which is tart but delicious. Its also nice with honey. On days that I work out, I like to add in a scoop of vanilla protein powder for an extra boost.

Recipe Ingredients for Pink Fluff

1 cup Raspberries
220 grams Fat Free Plain Yogurt
0.33 cup, dry, yields Oats
1 scoop Stevia Powder

Recipe Directions for Pink Fluff

  1. Thaw the raspberries for a bit- you want them to be cold but not frozen solid (when they're frozen you can't taste them as much). You can do this in the microwave on low power for a minute, or just out on the counter.

  2. While they're thawing, measure out your oats and yogurt. If you want to add protein powder add it in now. Stir that stuff up well.

  3. Now put in the raspberries. I would suggest squishing them with the back of your spoon to get all the lovely juices out.

  4. Mix it all together until you get a slightly lumpy pink fluff.

  5. Add stevia or honey if desired

  6. Enjoy :)
