1 cup, halves Strawberries

  2. 1 cup coconut milk or 1 cup almond milk, hemp milk, or rice milk (these are the unsweetened varieties, under 100 calories a cup)

  3. 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

  4. 1 cup frozen (unsweetened) strawberries or fresh strawberries, or any berry

  5. Preparation

  6. Blend all ingredients together
