Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple Upside-down Cake

12 servings Duncan hines pineapple supreme cake mix
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
20 ounce pineapple slices
20 ounce crushed pineapple
5 servings maraschino cherries

Recipe Directions for Pineapple Upside-down Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Metl butter in 13x9 cake pan

  3. sprinkle brown sugar over melted butter

  4. arrange pineapple slices in pan and add crushed pineapple in between slices

  5. Cut the 5 cherries in half and place each half in the center of the pineapple slice, cut side up.

  6. Prepare cake mix as directed and pour evenly over pineapple mixture

  7. Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
