Individual portions of upside-down "cake" for those moments when you need a bit more than fruit for a dessert...

Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple Upside-down biscuits

1/2 cup brown sugar
10 ounce pineapple, crushed
1/4 cup butter
12 ounce biscuit, buttermilk,refridgerated dough

Recipe Directions for Pineapple Upside-down biscuits

  1. Mix sugar, butter and drained pineapple together.

  2. (save the juice from the pineapple)

  3. Grease a muffin pan or a small casarole dish

  4. Put pineapple mixture in dish.

  5. If using a muffin pan, one biscuit per space or just spread them out over the mixture in the cassarole dish.

  6. Pour about 1tsp of juice over each biscuit

  7. Bake 12-15 min at 400 degrees...

  8. Optional-place a marchicino cherry in each muffin cup before placing in the biscuit..push to the bottom of the cup.
