4 slices Pineapple Slices in 100% Juice
1 oz Wheat Germ, Toasted, Plain
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Pineapple Upside Down Bake

  1. Sprinkle half of the sugar in the bottom of a square casserold and place the pineapple rings evenly.

  2. mix the dry ingredients together and then add the juice from the canned pineapple.

  3. sprinkle the remaining sugar over the top and bake until cooked through.
