I work at a juice bar. This is my custom recipe for a delicious, low-sugar, low-fat smoothie. Most fruit smoothies available at juice bars have 70g+ of sugar per serving; this contains 21g. I only add just a *hint* of fro yo, to add a creamy taste. This recipe yields approx. 12 to 16oz of smoothie.

Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple twist smoothie

1/4 cup, sliced Bananas
1 slice, thin (3-1/2" dia x 1/2" thick) Pineapple
1/4 cup, halves Strawberries
4 oz Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1/4 oz Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
1 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Fat Free Yogurt Plain

Recipe Directions for Pineapple twist smoothie

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.

  2. Add 2oz of ice, blend until smooth.
