Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple Smoothie

1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
8 oz Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
2 scoop Super Advanced Whey Protein
8 fl oz Pineapple Juice
2 serving Flaxseed Meal

Recipe Directions for Pineapple Smoothie

  1. Freeze pineapple juice in ice cube tray. For this recipe, I used 12 ice cubes, which I calculated equated to about 1 Cup

  2. Mix milk, yogurt and whey in blender. Then, add ice cubes, a few at a time, blending in between. Finally, add flaxseed meal. I split among 3 containers and freeze. Remove from freezer about 2 hours before you want to consume, if you want to drink it.
