A wonderful friuty salsa with a bit of Kick

Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple Salsa

2 plum tomatoes
1/2 small red onion
1/2 cucumber,
1/4 cup Cilantro (cup)
1 jalapeno pepper,
6 slices Pineapple
1 fruit+2"+dia lime
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Pineapple Salsa

  1. Fresh Pineapple is best

  2. dice everything except lime and mix together. Add juice from 1 lime. Mix well. Let sit in the fridge for an hour or so for full flavor. Dig in right away if you can not wait.

  3. Serve with tortilla chips.

  4. Make a great topping for quesadillas or fajitas
