1 cup pineapple, fresh and chopped
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup avacado
1 cup frozen corn kernels
2 ounce black olives, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
