Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple Salsa

1 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup pineapple jam (preserves)
1 tablespoon jalapeņo pepper (finely chopped seeded)
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Pineapple Salsa

Mix together and let blend for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Can substitute parsley for cilantro
