1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 slice french bread
1/4 cup ricotta cheese

Recipe Directions for Pineapple-ricotta bread

  1. toast one slice of sourdough french bread

  2. apply the ricotta cheese to cover one side of the brd

  3. top the ricotta with enough pineapple chunks to cover

  4. put it in the oven with rack in highest position

  5. turn on the broiler and cook for six minutes

  6. remove and sprinkle with cinnamon
