Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple Rice

1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
20 ounces canned pineapple, tidbits in juice undrained
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup snipped parsley

Recipe Directions for Pineapple Rice

  1. Heat all ingredients except parsley to boiling

  2. Reduce heat

  3. Cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 15 mins

  4. stir in parsley
