Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple Rice Pudding

20 oz crushed pineapple
13 oz coconut milk
12 oz fat free evaporated milk
3/4 cup uncooked arborio rice
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (view)
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt (view)
