Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple Pecan cake

430 grams Butter Pecan Super Moist Cake Mix
20 oz Crushed Pineapple
0.2 cup Butter
0.25 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

Recipe Directions for Pineapple Pecan cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Pour crushed pineapple in bottom of 13x9 baking dish. sprinkle brown sugar on top and melted coconut oil.

  3. Mix cake mix, only 2 eggs, water as directed on pkg, and I used 1/2 cup of melted butter in place of the vegetable oil. Pour mix over top of pineapple.

  4. Bake for 30 -35 minutes, until cake springs back.

  5. Delicious plain.
