Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple Oatmeal

14 oz unsweetened pineapple with juice
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup raw steel cut oats
1 tbs brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Pineapple Oatmeal

  1. Dump can of pineapple in large saucepan. Add water and 1/4 tsp salt and bring to boil.

  2. Add oatmeal, cover and simmer 10 minutes.

  3. Stir in other ingredients and let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
