3 cup All Purpose Flour
3 large Egg, Whole
16 oz Canola Oil
2 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1/2 cup Crushed Pineapple
1 tsp Salt, Table
3.5 serving Raisins 100% Natural Snack
1 cup, chopped Pecans
2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Pineapple-Nut Zucchini Bread

oven 350. beat eggs, oil, sugars and vanilla until thick. sift all dry ingredients and add to oil mixture. turn in the zucchini, pineapple, nuts and raisins. pour into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans. bake for 1 hour.
