Tasty fruit salad with ginger zing. A friend made this for us last fall and we have made it about 12 times since. It's that good!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Pineapple grapefruit salad

500 grams pineapple (one fruit)
2 ruby grapefruit
1 pint berries
1 pomegranate
1/4 cup grated fresh ginger

Recipe Directions for Pineapple grapefruit salad

  1. Cut up pineapple into 2 cm (3/4 inch) chunks.

  2. Separate pomegranate arils from fruit.

  3. Separate grapefruit flesh from skins of sections.

  4. Grate ginger (we use frozen fresh ginger)

  5. Clean berries (we usually use black or blue)

  6. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
